Undefeated Lamont Peterson made his fourth appearance on ESPN, opening their 2007 season of "Friday Night Fights" with an impressive victory over Joaquin Gallardo at the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi on Friday, January 5th.
